For the people who like playing freddy
How would you feel if after all the points levelling him you no longer like playing him after the rework?

That'd be a big oof, but at the same time Piggy is best killer, so if y'all dont like him; I'll happily guide each of you into Piggy godhood ;)

I would be very sad (it took me a while to learn how to play him, and I'm more than halfway done with getting him to P3), but I always have Myers, Huntress, Wraith, and Leatherface to enjoy playing, and the rest of the Killers aren't terrible either.
However, more than being sad, I'd be upset Freddy got nerfed AGAIN (even if it would just be a nerf to his fun factor).

Yeah i have the fear that might happen. And i know some others like @thesuicidefox and @DocOctober and other veterans fear that as well. Hopefully they won't change the base to much. The only part that needs a rework imo, is the way you wake up, along with some small buffs and QoL that increases his margin of error, which is VERY low for Freddy.
I can't shake off the feeling that we live on borrowed time though.

I doubt he's going to receive any massive changes. It'll likely be just small ######### like not being able to interact with things when in the Dream Transition or less time to fall asleep.

I like Freddy's base kit and would prefer BHVR simply adjust how survivors wake up and how long it takes for survivors to go to sleep without addons. I do find Freddy very one dimensional and personally I wish he had a sub ability like The Pig to add a bit of variety to Freddy games. His end game could use adjustments too but with Freddy you have to accept that if you make it to end game you're on cleanup duty.
Main things I like about Freddy though
- Walk through survivors who are awake so you cannot be body blocked without bug abuse
- Cannot have aura read from survivors who are awake
- Global aura reading for slept survivors
Like yeah there are some other things about him I could list but if those things disappeared I'd most certainly not bother playing him again. As trivial as some of those seem those are part of what makes Freddy fun for me. They're not necessarily the most important to be competitive but if I want to be competitive I'm going to play Nurse.

I like playing him sometimes but imo he is by far the worst killer to play against. He's awful, absolutely awful.
I'd be fine if he was a bit "meh" if it meant he wasn't intolerable as survivor.

Didn't they promise to have him reworked like 2 or 3 patches ago? I think they promised the patch after the Wraith rework. Now they also want to rework the weak Legion. I also heard that the Plague is quite weak, but I wouldn't know since I haven't played her yet.

LF and Legion need the most attention, they should rather fix them than reworking Freddy.

As was mentioned earlier, I fear a rework that redesigns his power. Freddy is the most fun Killer to play as for me and most here know how avid of a Doctor main I usually am.
