We have temporarily disabled Firecrackers and the Flashbang Perk due to a bug which could cause the Killer's game to crash. These will be re-enabled in an upcoming patch when the issue is resolved.

Plague feedback: What hinders her the most.

Greetings. Before we start, I must say that the new killer is gorgeous. The design of her is spot on and I don't think it could've been any better than this.

However, after playing her for 2 days, there are things that hinders her way too much to be considered decent.

As listed, in order of importance (in my opinion):

1- The infection is way too brief to be even considered.

You can vomit on gens, pallets, totems, vaults and everything else. This sounds great, right? It doesn't. The vomit stays so little (around 10 seconds), it's a tremendous waste of time you could've used roaming around. I suggests making it MUCH longer or even permanent in some cases (with use of add-ons).

2- The insta-heal fountains and how the killer depends on corrupt purge.

While I understand what the idea was. It's just very niche to make it work properly. Why let someone run away, purify themselves, go to the fountain they used and hope you find them again because god knows where they are. It's far better to vomit as much as you can on someone until they are broken and smack them with your censer, that's free hook right there.

3- The infection is not working as it should be.

For example: Saving a fully infected survivor DOES NOT infects the savior. Healing other survivors sometimes does not carry the disease to those who are healing.

4- You are punished for using your power.

You are slowed down while charging your power AND after using it. I understand that some killers needs to slow down while using their power (Huntress, Nurse and Leatherface to name a few) but The Plague? How is her power even remotely that strong to deserve it? She should slow down ONLY when in corrupt purge status.

Right now, I'm finding her extremely fun to play but very add-on dependent (Purge effectiveness and charge speed) and with lots of flaws that can be fixed with some tweaks.

Plague is the only killer where the survivors actually want to get hit by her power in certain circumstances

Im certain that she’ll get some tweaks before release. If not, I’ll just save up my auric cells for more Legion cosmetics. :p

Regarding #1, I think if you make the infection too long it would be OP. Maybe if the amount you puke on something extends the time? Then you can let it rip for the entire duration if you want it to be infected for longer. Also I think that if you puke on a gen enough it should damage it like a kick. Otherwise it seems like a waste of time to both puke on and kick a gen.

That could be a solution, yes. Puking on objects is but a waste of time, both outside and in a chase. The hitbox is quite generous so it's just better to puke directly on them than the pallet or the vault near.

1 and 3 I tottaly agree with. Those should be definitevly changed before she goes live.

2 I think doesn't need to change if her corrupt purge of vile purge get buffed in some way. Maybe making corrupt purge based on tokens insted of timer to make it more versatile or give her vile purge some more effects like slower gen repair speed or puking slows down survivors at random.

4 I've never had problems with since you can charge it beforehand.

I though she's gonna be more powerful before PTB hit but now that I've played her decent amout of time I see a lot of issues like points 1 and 3. Those need fixing really bad. Still I love her power and design. She's much better chapter then Legion was.

I'm getting familiar with her but I still think her weaknesses are glaring. I'm not asking to change all of the things I've listed but I still feel like we're playing the killer the way she wasn't supposed to be.

Instead of a dangerous infective killer... she feels like a vomit machine gun instead.
