Cosmetic frame drops?

Is there any possibility that some new cosmetics would cause frame drops?For example,I heard Trutalent saying that he is getting frame drops while blinking,wearing the black bride costume.
Any tech expert that could tell us if this could happen by cosmetics?

    No, cosmetics ''should not'' encourage any frame drops.
    My recommendation is to send this to the devs to check out.
