Does Corrupted Purge interact with on hit perks?

Like sloppy, PWYF, save the best, and franklin’s? If anyone could test for me that would be epic.

    It doesn't use up PWYF stacks, as it ain't considered an offensive action but it doesn't trigger Sloppy, noed or Franklin's from what I can see.
