Enduring on DS and Head On

I just read the Q&A and wondering if there was a typo. It says they were aiming for DS to have the same 3 seconds stun as a wiggle free escape. Then the following sentence though says “DS and Head On will now be effected by Enduring”.
Is the word “now” supposed to be “not”? The way the answer is written, it makes me think it’s a typo.

Stuns are not worth the perk slot 90% of the time. With Enduring, it is maybe a second plus a fraction of a second. One time use of a perk for a 1 second stun? No thanks.
Head on is a joke of a perk. The killer has to be very close, and you have to be in there for 3 seconds, just to get a 1 second stun (if they pack Enduring). Nope. Too situational. Not many locker builds out there. lol
