Can Survivors Sort of Lag Switch?

Even though my internet isn't the best, is it fiber. In lobbies the survivors usually have 20-80 ping minus the rare "[][][][][][]" name that I think is Asian which is 120-300. Yet they still sometimes they still do that little phase run, disappearing then reappearing quickly.

    Kind of..? It’s hard to explain but there’s situations in which Survivors can use lag to their advtange, such as being able to outrun Killers with teleporting inches ahead of them all the time, but lag switching for Survivors generally never works out too well for them.
