To hook someone in the basement and bodyblock the stairs?

No. You can be banned for holding the game hostage by blocking the stairs for a long time with healthy survivors roaming in the basement, but not if those survivors are going to die, eventually, as is the case with hooked survivors.

Nope. Same goes for if you trap someone with an active RBT. It's only bannable if sealing off the exit actually prevents the game from ending.

Stupid idea, but what if you trap someone for 5 gens so you can use noed on him? Does this count as bannable offense?

Grey zone, basically depends how long you block him down there. Anythign above 5 minutes would be considered bannable I guess
