Wondering what a Ghostface Chapter would be like
This is what I'm imagining (and loling):
Ghost Face: A hit from his blade places survivors into madness (Like the doctor). Like the pig, he has koisk like things set up around the maps that are actually phones (Maybe like street phones), every time a survivor passes one while in madness the phone will ring and will be heard for up to 8m for a single survivor and the more survivors that pass by it while mad the louder it gets. If the survivor answers the call the killer gets a cue to where they are but it stops the ringing. He also has the ability to hide in Lockers without crows alerting his presence and grab survivors immediately upon coming out if they are near the locker.
Perks (:Kappa:):
Answer The Call- When a survivor is hooked, all survivors within a 16-32m range gain the Blindness effect until the hooked survivor attempts to escape the hook once.
Just Like Scary Movies- Killer's breathing sound is considerably/tremendously increased and terror radius reduced to 16,8,0m for every injured survivor for 20, 40, 60 seconds. (If injured survivor(s) heals it decreases the time by 10-20 seconds per person)

Just Like Scary Movies- Start the Trial in the Broken effect until hooked. After unhooking receive a 5, 7, 9% Haste effect for 35, 40, 45 seconds.
Answer The Call Sydney!!!- While crouching in the killer's terror radius get an audio cue when looking in the direction of totems and chests and a visual cue when looking in the direction of survivors.
AutoBiography: Your message inspires other survivors, when other survivors take a hit for you both of your grunts of pain are minimized by 50,75,100% until healed. (I think iron will needs an upgrade if killers are gonna be better)

@MhhBurgers It’s hard to really execute a Killer who isn’t as unique or powerful as other Killers in the horror movie franchise. They managed to do well with something like Jigsaw, but the only way they could make someone like Ghostface unique is by giving them Legion’s ability, as they’re pretty much the same. A group of teenage murderers running around with knives and stabbing everyone constantly. ;P

I really like the idea of a Scream chapter, and although I disagree with some of your ideas, I'm always glad to see the subject getting attention.

I love the idea of Ghostface using lockers.
A good power idea, besides the lockers, could be that when Ghostface hits Survivors, Survivors see other survivors as duplicates of Ghostface. In this scenario, Ghostface can crouch walk like a survivor as a passive.

Not gonna lie, the only Ghostfaces I really liked were the teenage girl and the original 2. But I can totally agree that all of the stories for Ghostfaces' are so dumb and don't seem like good background stories for murderers.

Or to make it less obvious, they see 1 random survivor as a duplicate of ghostface. Pretty much the only counters for this ability would be Spine Chill and Premonition huh? I would be so happy to see something like that. I think a great way to make this ability work is to make it so ghostface is the same height as survivors and has the same walk or run animation but just faster. Idk, that's a sweet idea though I like that one.
