So, this happened to me on my first game after the plague patch. You spawn with the wiggle keys on your screen and every time you go from left to right ( A -> D ) or vice versa ( D -> A ), your character stops. It is extremely annoying because it f*cks you up on every single chase or just to simply walk around.
Also, the bar does not fill up and it does not stop you in any way to wiggle when picked up.
