Dark Devotion still bugged from PTB?

Has anyone noticed if Dark Devotion works right at all? I just played two matches with it, and it doesn't appear to be working correctly, OR, the indication of when it is on cooldown isn't very clear and informative.

    It definitely works, had a claudette scare the life out of me when she ran to me for heals with a wicked heartbeat but no killer in sight. The plague came around the corner shortly after and gave me a nice jump scare as well, fun perk if it's used right it seems.
