New Killer Power Idea

I've had an idea for a new killer for a while but needs some ironing out. As for the power for a new killer, how does this sound?

The power is called: "Little Snitch"

When you tag a survivor, they become your snitch. When the snitch is in your terror radius, the aura of other survivors within (distance) of the snitch, will be revealed to you. You can only have one snitch at a time.

This is a very basic form that could have changes. It's meant to be a tracking power, but I could see it work in the form of a perk as well. I also had the idea of the Snitch hindering action speed of other survivors with an add-on.

Just throwing this idea out here, but I want to hear thoughts and opinions. How well do you think this could work, or what changes would you make?

    I could see this being better suited to being an Obsession Perk than a power. What if, if the current obsession is in your terror radius, the aura of other survivors in your terror radius get revealed? Then it would have huge synergy with the new Plague perk.
