Can't get a decent match in today

I have played 10 games, and out of 9 of those games, 1-2 people DCed every time at any given point of the match.
I finally got one match, the 10th, but this man was a laggy mess. Started off fine, but after 1 generator, it was basically impossible to play so I left. But hey at least there was 4 people this time right?
All that, and each lobby had me waiting 3-6 minutes?
What the hell is going on?
