They got rid of the survivor BP for when a killer disconnects?

I've run into killers disconnecting more frequently the past couple days and it seems I don't get the BP when they DC but for some reason as killer I still get BP when a survivor disconnects. Is this on purpose and if so why?

They didn't get rid of it, it's been buggy since it as been implented and is randomly given or denied for unknow reason.
