Exhaustion rework
Exhaustion is a state of particular tiredness due to the ongoing danger and the effort faced, and recovery from it should require not only physical rest but also psychological serenity.
Here is my proposal:
1) Exhausted status lasts 50/40/30 seconds;
2) you cannot recover from Exhaustion while you are running or within the killer's terror radius (very nice with Dark Devotion or Distressing, but interesting per se...).
Myers, the Wraith, Krueger and so on will be able to chase the victim for five minutes without the survivor recovering the use of the perk. No disadvantage for them: no recovery until they pursue their prey; if they lose him, it is irrelevant that the recovery takes place in 30 or 40 seconds, because they are already hunting for another target. On the other hand, the killers who do not have the advantage of stealth and are not as fast as the Nurse, Billy or the Spirit, can increase the map pressure by using the terror radius to paralyze the recovery of the Exhaustion perks (the same rationale of Coulrophobia).

You're aware Myers exists, right? And Wraith. And Vigil. And Freddy/several 24 meter terror radius killers. What about Doctor? He's supposed to have a large terror radius. Exhaustion got nerfed because the cool down was too short. If SB had a 20 second cool down, then it would be broken with Urban Evasion. Not every killer is Trapper. They have unique traits and differing playstyles.
Put some more thought into ideas like this when you do research as to WHY something is different from what it used to be. If you need an example, check out Saboteur.

Basically this means that Exhaustion, when you get away from the Killer (which is a) you are not running anymore and b) you are out of Terror Radius) is buffed by having half of the time it is needed.
Exhaustion Perks are still very good at this point, I would say the Majority runs at least one of them (excluding Adrenaline). No further changes needed, especially no Buffs.

Not at all. It's not the old recuperation time with the machinegun build: while running, no recovery from Exhaustion; within the terror radius, no recovery from Exhaustion. Two situations block the Exhaustion perks, and mid tier killers have more map pressure.

Linking it with TR is the worst idea ive ever heard.

With small maps, you'd be screwed (like the game) with a killer with distressing and a large terror radius. I don't know if I think this is a good idea.

@fluffybunny If a killer uses Distressing, they have to renounce to another perk... Every choice has its own costs and benefits.

Well, I'm thinking of a certain build that's already quite frustrating to deal with and it would also be making an awful map for survivors (The Game) somehow even worse for anyone who happens to have an exhaustion perk. With how it is now, Exhaustion is fine and fair. They changed it so that it wouldn't go off multiple times during a chase.
If you're stealthing near to a killer, you're more likely to be anxious than randomly tired out of no where, anyway.
