    Tough pick but I'll go with Hillbilly.

    Reasoning:

    Huntress is very map dependent, that makes her not as balanced as Billy. On corn maps with lots of loops where she can't use her hatchets, she can be looped better than any other Killer in existence. On maps with lots of open loops, she can dominate and end chases quickly. Billy also depends on map but the impact of a bad map is not that big compared to Huntress.

    Also, Huntress lacks map pressure on big maps.

    I have to go with huntress cause she might not have map pressure but her axe throwing gets the job done. Plus you can hit loopers with your throwing axes:)
