I'd put adrenaline in situational, urban evasion in good, and decisive strike in good. But overall I agree with this chart.

I like how you put windows of opportunity into situational instead of new player since it can still be used to know which pallets have been thrown down or still exist because even if you learn where the pallets spawn for the most part, you don't really know if someone else has used it or the killer has destroyed it yet sometimes.

The reason why I think DS is just bad, is because it got so hard nerfed. With Enduring you can't even run for 1 second and you are down again. DS need one more second and its again top tier IMO.

Urban Evasion is not good, but not bad, because it's a kinda waste of time. Just run to the next generator and stop trying to be stealthy for no reason. But everyone has its own gamestyle and not every perk/build is made to be Rank1 player. I can still understand why you think its good.

    Thanks for your opinion ♥

Balanced Landing and DH should be switched.

WGLF should be excluded from the list since it technically doesn't do anything (or put into New Player perhaps).

WOO should be in New Player.

Empathy should be last in Good.

Distortion should be in Not Good Not Bad.

Distraction, Resil, Ace In The Hole, Plunderers, and DS should be in Situational.

Slippery Meat and Autodidact should be in Just Bad.

Diversion and DS on the "Just bad" list? Idk about that. Diversion is super fun to use. I've actually had it work for me a few times. And DS stops tunneling, which is a huge problem in this game.

No Mither is definitely situational, as opposed to "Just bad" because it's not really that bad of a perk when run with the proper build.

Spine Chill should be under Just bad. That's not a good perk.

You have Urban on the "not good, not bad" list, but that's definitely one of the meta perks. Anyone who plays immersed and tries to hide, runs Urban.

Quick and Quite paired with Dance With Me is actually a really great combination, should definitely be under "Good." Especially if you add Lithe to the build.

You said "without Jane's perks" but Head On is on the list. Why not add her other two?

Urban Evasion and Sprint Burst should be in meta, and I’d move Alert to good. Unbreakable is definitely situational.

I disagree with the entire chart. :P Except with Meta, but this category seems to be about the usage in matches rather than actual effectiveness (Dead Hard and Unbreakable).

@Incirion Spine Chill is an awesome perk. Probably the best killer detection perk in the game. No cooldown, hard counters stealth killers, can help in a chase, can help with stealth, plus the very minor speed boost (which IIRC applies to vaulting also). It's a very strong perk if you know how to use it. It's like the survivor version of Whispers, not for beginners. IT SHOULD DEFINITELY NOT BE IN JUST BAD. It's better than Prem 1000%. I would say Not Good Not Bad.

I agree also with NM and DWM, however as standalone perks they really aren't that good. NM should be in situational though.

Or maybe we can have a new category that's "Combo" or something. Using this perk with another perk in the same tier or above produces strong results, but on their own not that good.

Fast Question: Do we need a meta slot? Would be a "good in combo" slot nice? or what do you guys think before I change some things ? :P

    Keep the Meta slot.

Good in Combo would be a good addition. Though IDK about that term.

I disagree with most of this chart except the top perks.

We need better terms for each tier, something simple. Here is what I would name them in order that you have them:

    Good Perks = Good

Just Good In Specific Builds = Build Specific

Not Bad Or Good = Neutral

Remove the tier "Not Good But Fun To Use" as any perk can technically be "fun". Move Distraction and Head On into situational.

    Situational = Situational

    New Player = Novice

    Just Bad = Bad

I'd also probably add a new tier Expert which would include NM and OOO. Where Novice are perks that are mostly only useful to new players, Expert would be perks that make the game harder and can get you killed if you don't know what you are doing. I might even put Stakeout in here too, just because it requires you to get close to the killer often to use it.

Decisive strike should be in Good perks. It might have gotten nerfed hard, but it was broken, now it is decent. Enduring screws it over, but besides that it is good, especially in the end game when the killer is patrolling you.

Adding a Farming category is a good idea, but you forgot to put WGLF there. Also you put some perks where they definitely don't belong now, and I think you are missing some in the Bad section.

BTW what are you using to make this chart? MS Paint? Excel? Photoshop?

I dont understand what you have against WGLF. How is it "Novice" when I see it being used more than certain Exhaustion perks? > Farming category.

    Head On > Situational

    Poised > Situational

    Botany Knowledge > Specific Builds

Diversion > Neutral or Good (or anything other than just "Fun to Use")

    Tenacity > Situational

    Unbreakable > Situational

    Calm Spirit > Neutral

    Leader > Neutral

    Solidarity > Situational/Neutral

    Breakdown > Situational

Quick & Quiet > Specific Builds

    Stake Out > Good

I say you lack some imagination in regards to diverse uses of a Perk.

This is more just categorizing perks, not a tier list at least imo.
