Terror radius perks should linger.

Killer terror radius perks should linger for short time after leaving hearthbeat. It is just common sense since survivor buff perks do so.

Doc and Clown perks would be somewhat useful.

    Akin to perks like Leader, Streetwise and Vigil? Definitely.

    This wouldn't affect SWF, only solo players.

    Why is everyone out to shaft solo players so damn badly?

    Yeah. The TR perks either make action speed worse, items worse or make skill checks harder. None of which SWF have a direct counter towards that Solo's don't since you can see when the perk is happening either way.

    Dude is only thinking of the direct effects of hearing a terror radius, not the perks killers have revolving around them.

    On a related note, chases should start back up if they start within 5 seconds. Tired of someone using an area that breaks LoS for a second too long and completely losing Bloodlust, despite him being right in front of me.
