The Chaser emblem should take into accounts killers' abilities
Until now I was kinda fine with how chaser worked because it was very easy to double pip as killer, but now that the pipping requirements have changed I think it's time to improve the chaser emblem.
This because currently this emblem rewards you more if you play like an m1 killer, but if you actively use your power on some killers you're penalized. It is especially true for the Trapper (who can get a survivor without even starting the chase), but also for any killer whose power allows for very quick chases as the Hillbilly and Myers.
I'm not sure exactly how it should work, but the emblem system should consider the use of an ability to end a chase quickly a skillfull act and reward it with Chaser points, allowing people who know well how to use a killer's power to rank up a little bit faster.

To be honest, Chaser emblem should be replaced with how much a killer uses their power. For example, Killers gain emblem points for specific actions.
