Dead By Daylight: Rise Up Dead Man (Hunt: Showdown Killer DLC)

I love Dead By Daylight and I love Hunt Showdown. These two games, while very different mechanically, have a lot of similar themes of mistrust, terror, and demonic influence. As such, I couldn't restrain myself from trying to bring the two together via suggestion. There aren't many "survivors" in Hunt since almost everyone is armed to the teeth so I think it'd be safe to just go with two Killers instead.

The Butcher - One of two currently existing Hunt Showdown bosses, but the Spider wouldn't work so good in the DBD formula. Aesthetically speaking looks kind of like someone took The Trapper, The Clown, and The Pig and mixed them all together. Uses a giant meat hook as a weapon. He'd fit right in.

  • Perk | Cauterization - Your weapon is so hot that the wounds you inflict are burned shut. Wounded survivors no longer leave bloodstains, but are afflicted with searing wounds that cause the scratches they leave behind to last several seconds longer.
  • Perk | Lair Dweller - You feel a kinship with The Entity that drives you to directly commune with it. Entering the Basement reveals all Survivors' auras to you for 3 seconds. This ability can only be triggered once every 60/45/30 seconds.
  • Perk | Hex: Obfuscate - A hex rooting its power in shadows. As the light grows The Entity seeks other means to observe the trial. When a generator is fully repaired a Dull Totem has this hex applied to it; up to a maximum of 3 Totems. While this hex is active the Red Stain is obfuscated by 30%/40%/50% per totem.
  • Power | Hellfire - An infernal flame burns deep within The Butcher's defiled flesh and may be made to erupt forth violently. Hellfire is cast from the Butcher's weapon and burns Survivors' aura rather than their flesh. For the sake of brevity, since power descriptions tend to run on a long time, I envision this to work a lot like The Plague's Vile Purge except Survivors' souls are on fire and they have to cleanse themselves at a Wellspring like in the Quickplay mode from Hunt Showdown and, again, The Plague's Pools of Devotion. Wellsprings become Fissures when used to cleanse and The Butcher can absorb Fissures to transform Hellfire into Voidflame, which is blue. Notable difference from the Plague: Hellfire is a single arcing projectile that bursts on contact and can hit multiple survivors in close proximity.
  • Mori | The Butcher impales a survivor on his hook and hoists it over his head to offer up a survivor on the spot. The Entity's ghostly claws pluck the survivor from the trial as the Butcher releases a guttural squeal.

The Risen - A Manhunter, i.e. Tier 3 Hunter, from Hunt Showdown that has fallen to the corrupting influence of The Entity. Spooky looking weird west types covered in mystical tattoos and wrapped in clothes that'd be in fashion in the American West/South in the late 1800s. Shorter like The Legion, uses a machete and a gun (Yes, a gun. Please humor me.)

  • Perk | Dark Sight - A sixth sense makes you capable of seeing dark magicks and the residual corruption they leave behind. Any time a Survivor stops interacting with or destroys a Totem their aura is revealed to you for 3 seconds.
  • Perk | Mass Murder - You share an unusual bond with the Crows and they observe your hunt with great interest. Stillness Crows will be attracted to survivors 45%/60%/75% faster.
  • Perk | Adorcist - The Entity's true nature eludes those who know it only by the terror it feeds upon. You tread this creature's innards as its immortal vicarious predator. You will hunt and kill as one forever. Any time you hook a survivor you receive 1 token. You may consume 7/6/5 tokens to perform a Mori on a survivor that has been downed at least twice. You may never have more than 8 tokens.
  • Power | Gunslinger - That iron on The Risen's thigh isn't just for show; it also serves as his secondary weapon. Ammunition is scarce in the trials and time has not been kind to his shooting skills. Each time the Risen draws his weapon he must pull the hammer back and steady his aim for a moment in order to fire accurately. The Bullets are shaped from The Fog and will never down a survivor unless they are already wounded and the Risen headshots them. There is a cool-down period between shots where the Risen manually cocks the hammer. When holstering his gun the Risen always decocks the hammer. Bullets must be picked up on the map in sets of two, you can't hold more than six at a time, and the gun must be reloaded.
  • Mori | The Risen uses his knowledge of demonology in order to banish a survivor from the trial by evoking The Entity. Claws burst from the ground and pull the Mori'd survivor to their death.

The Slaughterhouse - A level themed after the Roche Abattoir in Stillwater Bayou from Hunt Showdown, now in an accelerated state of disrepair. Its gnarled and bloodstained woodwork still bear signs of a conflict between bounty hunters and demonic forces that drew the attention of The Entity. The greatest among the hunters fell into The Entity's influence, as did the demons themselves.
