Let's immagine for a sec that I killed the obsession and I have 4 tokens remaining in the perk.

Do this tokens still count for the perk's effect even after the obsession's death? Or does the perk actually becomes obsolete and doesn't work anymore even when having tokens in it?

Of course I'm only talking about one obsession only, without taking in consideration a DS from the remaining survivors which would refresh the obsession status.

You keep the 4 tokens which reduce your attack cooldown. You cant gain or lose them anymore, unless decisive strikes again

Great! This means that if I farm enough tokens back before the obsession dies on hook I still get to keep a permanent 40% reduced cooldown? Looks OP so I actually wondered if this was possible

I'm not gonna use STBFL on Nurse lol. I'm gonna use it on Pig and Hag which I enjoy playing as much as Nurse.

Yes, if you slug the obsession and build your stacks back up to 8 before hooking them, then you keep your 8 stacks, and 40% reduced recovery time. It's a pretty great perk.
