I think he disappeared during the hallowed blight (in the lore) so he wasn't around to witness these new killers.

According to the lore, The Plague isn't a new Killer and has been slaying survs for a millennia.

She isn't. She just was taken from distant time. We can't really determine who serves Entity the longest.

As @Rattman said.
The Entity can appear anywhere at any time. Just because the Plague comes from further back in our time it doesn't mean she was the first killer in the realm of the Entity.
If she was indeed in the Realm the longest it is actually more likely that Benedict saw her.
(Sorry if I sounded mean, I tend to get really serious about stuff I'm interested in)

During the Hallowed Blight event, the final log from BB was that 'the entity has found me'. Presumably we can assume that after so long the Entity claimed him from Vigo's lab and that he's now no longer among the survivors.

Okay Zpro3. I accept this challenge.
Adam: I saw a man today. Something about him commands authority, but at the same time seems to lack experience. Perhaps he has people waiting for him, like some sort of teacher.
Spirit: Yet another fiend has entered these realms. She seems to be able to be in multiple places at once, but still in one location. I can't keep track of her movements, and don't dare get too close. Something is off about her though. I have to wonder if that is sorrow or anger I hear in her moans, as well as whether she is actually supposed to even be here.
Jeff: A large man startled me recently. He seemed like he could snap my neck within seconds, but he was just checking to see if I was okay. I'm wary of this man. He's just too calm in this situation. And that scar on his eye speaks terrors to me. Perhaps I'm just overreacting though.
Legion: Note #1 - I at first believed I found one of my newer companions. Then I saw the mask and knife. I don't know how I lost this... this... teenager, but I suspect he will be back, and fast. Note #2 - I young girl started approaching me from the shadows. I once again made the mistake of assuming it was a new companion, then she stabbed me with her knife. I suspect some relation to the young man from earlier, but what it is I don't dare guess. Note #3 - I have counted four of these teenagers with sinister intentions, though never more than one at a time.
Jane: A very lovely looking lady has shown up out of nowhere. She seems to be someone of great importance, judging by her choice of clothes. Perhaps she was a President somewhere, or just a generally rich woman. However, we were quickly separated.
Plague: These horrors have kept making me sick to my stomach, but never outright vomit. This new monster has finally pushed me to my limit. She speaks in a mysterious language, another first, that one of my more knowledgeable companions seems to believe is an ancient Mesopotamian language. How he would know that, I don't want to know.
Ash: A loudmouthed idiot has stumbled into my constant nightmare. However, I almost feel hopeful with him around, like he was some sort of hero or something. His robotic hand and shotgun holster may be what's doing that, or his constant moaning of not having his chainsaw. Perhaps he was supposed to be here to murder us, but broke free of the Entity's grip.
Okay... that's all I have.

To be fair, that's an old quote. They never thought the plague would be a killer, and never thought about making an old killer. Plus, it seems that at times they make stuff up as they go. So, maybe the plague COULD be, but also maybe isn't.

It could be his disappearance around the Halloween event lore wise. Or it could be laziness. Or a mixture of the two.

Sorry, I know I'm 5 days late but I absolutely love these quotes and would accept them as real lore. Only thing I'd change though is The Legion. I think the survivors would be split on whether is a group of killers or a shape shifting entity that morphs into different forms.
