It saddens me, but there's to much crap going on for me to play this game. I could re-list the laundry list of bugs and stuff, but we all know what's happening. So, instead of me spamming these forums daily with inept rage the dev's will ignore, I've found something that let's me replicate the fun I used to have with dbd (and will have again, hopefully)

Deceit is a F2P game. In it 6 people are put into a match, 2 of them are infected, the others are innocent. The trick is that no innocents know who's infected. They will have to watch for infected drinking blood from packs around the map, or doing other sketchy things, like stealing everything or seeing them transform into terror form when the lights go out (if you shoot it down and live ofc)

It's a pretty neat mix of survival horror and who-done-it where the point of the game, whether you are a killer or not, is to convince the other players you aren't one of the 2 killers.

edit: Just want to point out that there is a "vote out" system that will prevent people from just killing everyone. It works, I can only say that you gotta play it to get it. I'm not going to describe the details of the game, I just wanted to let people know what's out there.

I'll be checking on DBD every time it has a patch ofc, waiting for them to fix the myriad of issues. But this is what's occupying my DBD time these days, and I thought ya'll might like to hear about it.

Sounds like a cool game. It reminds of trouble in terrorist town on pc. Is it on console at all? Preferably Xbox.

I was like this with dbd for a while, I only played when a new killer or update came out. its always a good idea to take a break from games especially online ones. Online games are killer to the soul honestly.

i don't think it's on console, sorry. They are a small indie company, and this is the only game they have with any real playerbase that i noticed.

So, is deciet just like that 'murder' gamemode on garrys mod?
