Should penalties arrive for D/C'ing...
I can assure you, this game will be dead faster than you think.
D/C meta already exists for a reason; to give the survivors the ability to actually play the game at low ranks, and gain blood points. Ergo, explore the extra features (skins and other purchased perks) with ease.
With a high probability, high ranking killers will choose the following perks on a non-SWF party:
No one escapes Death;
Nurses calling;
Barbecue and Chili;
and Hex: Ruin.
Additional perks may include the following, if one of the four perks above is not chosen:
Spirit Fury;
Pop Goes the Weasel;
Hex: Haunted Ground;
Hex: Devour Hope;
Hex: Thrill of the Hunt;
Bamboozle;
Enduring;
and Brutal Strength.
See, the key point is, SWF uses communication to reveal the killer and tell what he/she is doing. This gives strategy to the others.
Non-SWF cannot use this, creating a huge imbalance, ergo D/C'ing from the game. This is how its been, because of complete imbalance.
I should also state that if a high ranking killer (green or above) chooses a majority of these perks, it comes to the survivors to dictate if said killer is allowed to play or not. I've seen lobbies where all four survivors left because of a broken Hag. I was the last to leave, because there is simply no hope of escape.
Of course, the killer left a rather nice note on my steam page... because of toxicity...
Take note devs. This is YOUR game. YOUR responsibility. YOUR choices. They heavily affect what type of community you want. And so far...
Its looking like complete crap.

Funny, but usually SWF players are more likely to DC than solo players....... at least in my games

Op solo survivor and let use only 1/2 perks for SWF. And of course, remove the Exit Button during the game

Op solo survs and also a new perk to Destroy pallets in 1 second before been thrown if a survivor is in terror radio. This way, no pallet looping and better game.

I didn't say the killers are OP. I'm stating that should there be a system where leavers are punished, this game will be dead faster.
Other players, from a perspective, will leave the game BECAUSE of these perks.
