For each Injured , Dying or hooked Survivor, all Survivors receive an REPAIR speed penalty of 6/7/8 % to a maximum of 24/28/32 %.
"She plays with us and revels in our pain."
Unique to The Nurse until Level 35, at which point its Teachable version can then be learned and taught to the other Killers.

This would be an effective way to force survivors into healing without reducing the time they have to do so. It would oppress gen rush and couple well with sloppy and / or nurse's as when this perk is most potent gens would take much longer to complete.

Sounds good. Not right now though. Pretty sure the devs are going to start punishing DCs from all of the threads, so if this rework came to be, toxic Legions are going to have a field day with the perk.
