Ranks and queue times and how people are unable to play the game because of it

Can we please address the issue of killers at rank 1 completely unable to fill a lobby because survivors who join in the first 10 minutes don't want to also wait in the lobby for 40 minutes for it to fill? Id rather have rank disparity in the game than wait almost an hour to play one round of a game.

    It's what happens when you make ranking harder and then use it for matchmaking.

    This happened when the emblems got released and they needed to adjust survivor emblems, it's like they didn't learn from that mistake.

    Just seperate rank and matchmaking.

    Rank then becomes a monthly goal with a reward of 1k irri shards so the grind doesn't look as bad.

    Matchmaking goes off more info like escapes/kills, time played, chase times, BP earned per match.

    One way could be to seperate the matchmaking so it's done with maybe with 5 brackets of separation so your are in a 20% player bracket, each bracket you are in can go up or down to the next 20% when looking.
