So how do the twitch challenges work?

Right now I am guessing that you accumulate a crap ton of emblems towards points in 20 attempts and then you are done with the challenge. Please comment if I am either wrong or correct.

2nd time I read about this now.

What exactly is a twitch challenge? Did I miss sth? (I never look at emblems because who cares lul)

All I've found so far is what it says about earning points based off emblems but right now every killer is slugging/camping pretty much. The people I sometimes group with have all said they're playing Billy and going sweaty and getting iri's pretty easily.

But what's the point of the challenge? Is it only useful if you stream a lot or?

    The use :

To give a party game the false sense of competitiveness.

I'm not too sure to be exact but I'm pretty sure I read something about leaderboards between friends? I know it's more than that included but seems like I glanced over it in the patch notes saying that

I believe they are trying to bring rank rewards and leaderboards and this is the beginning.

They are trying this stuff with their fog whisperers and collect data and find solutions to problems. After that, this might become one of the core features of this game.

Remember those streamers who went to Canada, they said that big changes were coming. Mclean in his stream also said that the new ranking system with emblems is the beginning as well.

We'll see some interesting stuff in the future.

I hated playing with streamers before. Now they made it worse. Wth is wrong with this company? Do they ever think of ramifications related to their actions? The last thing we needed was to encourage more sweaty gameplay.
