I hate camping! But i hate looping even more!

I mainly play survivor and never loop, yet i lose the killer frequently.
I also like to play killer a lot, was very fond of the huntress since her release, but her slower movement speed makes her vulnerable to looping. Usually, survivors from ladder rank 14 and better start using it a lot, often bragging with the meaningless prestige 3 wich, by now, everybody has.

It kills all the fun for me as a killer. I want to be juked, have nice chases, get changelled by survivors and to either feel that joy for hitting/downing them or just have respect for skilled players (I know! crayz right?!). Not to see some jerk´s ass run in circles infront of me, for 3-10! loops until he/she/it finally drops the pallet just to run to the next pallet, effectively making me lose all my 5 gens. Hell of a fun game!

I know the devs are aware, and have made steps against it, like reducing pallet number, that thing where you get faster after a certain time in a chase, and some more. But none have countered ore stopped it. I actually think that they cut out other entertaining parts of the game in an effort against looping.

I started to do a thing to excesive loopers. I really ABSOLUTELY HATE getting camped, and hate it as much to camp. Its just pointless and makes me secure 1 kill by definetly losing all the others. BUT!, like I was saying, if some people just LOVE to see me walking in circles around an object, i decided to please the sruvivors, in an effort to make them let me run in circles.

I just hook them and walk in a "loop" around that hook, hope that my fellow survivors are happy seeing me go around in circles! :chuffed: :)

Any thoughts? Critics? Salt?

I laughed, that is pretty good. As a killer though your always taunted, so my fav saying is ... wolves do not concern them selves with the opinion of sheep. So you keep doing you ^.^

A lot of people “brag” with P3 because it’s the only way to distinguish oneself from well people without P3.

And camping is worse than looping in my opinion. The killer can choose to disengage from a loop and look to chase someone else. A survivor cannot choose to not be camped.

I use P3 - not to brag but because I think it looks pretty cool - also what is there to brag about? That you've amassed a lot of bloodpoints? Not really a badge of honor - not as I see it anyway

I find both pretty annoying for their own reasons. Camping sucks for both parties because it's boring and the survivor can't leave the situation, but it can be punished. Looping sucks because it's way too easy to do and wastes way too much time and it can't be punished as easily.

You can however choose to not do activities that get you camped.

Such as? I don’t tbag or loop or bring a flashlight in to trials. I choose not to do toxic things yet killers will still camp. Your statement does not compute.

Yeah, but thst just becasue some ppl dont know how to play without camping. I know how to, only do so when people seem to not know how to play without looping.

The Killer should never feel forced to let a Survivor go free, because there should never be a situation where a lone Survivor has the upper hand against the Killer. On the other hand, the Killer should always have the upper hand against a lone Survivor.

What you think you accomplish: you destroy the morale of the survivor and make him reconsider his life choices. He won't resort anymore to looping and will forever be nice to killers.
What you really accomplish: the survivor is happy because you're salty, proving he was hard to catch while his team can tbag you at the exit gates they powered in the mean while. He will do it again because the feeling of owning you was great.

So then the killer by default starts camping every survivor, because he starts becoming so angry all the time all he does is want to piss of others.

Exactly.  It's a vicious circle (pun intended).
