Best build for Plague?
I'm wondering what the best build for the Plague is, right now I'm running Ruin, Brutal Strength, Bamboozle, and BBQ. Could my build be improved and if so what perk combinations would you recommend using?

Corrupt intervention, Play with your food, monitor and abuse and Rancor is something i have managed to get to work. I found Play with your food to be particularly good cause of the normal vomit not counting as a offensive action. You can change out corrupt intervention for ruin and monitor and abuse for BBQ depending on how your playstyle is.

I've yet to find a best build, for the simple reason that since, she is the latest killer realeased, I have to painfully grind trough the Bloodweb to find perks I'm interested in among all the unlocked teachables.
The only thing I'm fairly sure about is having replaced Corrupt Intervention with Hex: Ruin. Too often with CI, survivors will just hide for the whole duration, making the early game incredibly boring. And after that its a garanteed dead slot.
I run Stridor because I've found it early and it help locate infected survivors who cough and grunt a lot even before being broken.
Finally I run Monitor & Abuse, because I haven't found anything worth replacing it and its always nice. And I run Overcharge for nearly the same reason, but I've found that the Plague can often end up in a 3 gen situation, by infecting generators, and Overcharge just help making it worse for the survivors.
I will update my build when I find more perks. Also one thing to note is that all anti-healing perks are near useless for Plague because of the Pools of Devotion.

I think Ruin, Corrupt Intervention, Discordance, and Monitor and Abuse is a good build.
Ruin/CI/vile purge let you slow gens down quite a bit.
Discordance makes you aware of gens that will be done too quickly and gives you info on at least 2 survivor's whereabouts.
M&A let's you get as close as possible to survivors so that you can unleash the puke at an easier to hit range. Also this can force survivors to be caught away from pallets which is your best bet if you're looking to break them.
If you don't need discordance, BBQ, Bamboozle, or Pop goes the weasel are good options.

Run Monitor and Abuse with any aura detection build or anything with finding survivors, keep survivor pressure. Honest Opinion? Thanatophobia would be OP on her, you can't heal up with her.

I'm leaning more towards a chase build, since a lot of survivors decide to stay exposed to deny fountains and punishing that playstyle is my prime focus. Everything is fine when you're corrupt. Some stalling is also great, so you can reach lategame for your fountains.
BBQ, Enduring, Spirit Fury and Corrupt Intervention

You can in fact heal more easily than against any other killer, thanks to the Pools of Devotion. And Thanatophobia's numbers are laughably low. Maxed out Thanatophobia will only add 12.8 seconds to a generator worked by a single survivor from 0 to 100%. Thats nothing. And also its not accounting for great skill checks, or any perks, tools and add-ons the survivors might have.

standard m1 killer build. enduring, spirit fury, ruin, bbq. don't built around your corrupt purge (so don't use addons for it either)

Plague does not need any specific builds, standard bbq whispers ruin + something works best. Play with your food is stronger on her than on most killers but its still meh. I really like extended time on items or reduced cooldown addons on her.
Since windows are broken i run bamboozle with fire up on everyone and i had good time on her with those.

Thanks for all of the suggestions, I'm going to experiment with a few builds suggested.
@artist I'm not planning on using a build around corrupt purge because most of the time, survivors don't use the fountains and if they do it's rare so I hardly get to use that ability.

Anything for tracking is useful. Whispers, M&A, Discordance, Surveillance, Spies from the Shadows, as well as perks like Ruin and BBQ.

I like this but I suggest scrapping corrupt intervention. It only gives you 2 mins and most of the time u can only hook 1 survivor by then anyways so it doesnt truly have a large effect on your game and winds up being a wasted perk. Literally anything else will help you out better 😄 Imo
