Why MoM Will Kill The High Ranks
If Devs think this perk is fine so be it. They thought DS was fine for the longest time.
MoM is going to kill the high ranks. We all know Nurse is mostly played in these ranks and survivor mains know this. Nurse is the reason why ALL survivors will be running this perk. It's another counter to her. Majority of players play her. So if you want to play a different killer, you better expect MoM because survivors are going to be expecting nurse. And with MoM comes DH. That's 8 -potential- hits taken away from the killer. Console is a bit different since you get a bit more diversity, but even the high ranks on there will know of this perks potential abuse. Couple that with gen rush and adrenaline, we're in a new, or should I say the next dark age for high rank killers.

Is not a problem for a good nurse to hit a third time, dont complain

Oh haha, sure, but not all killers are the nurse, mate.

“Guess you have to adapt.”
New good Survivor perk comes out..
Oh my god this is broken devs please fix 😥 😥.
🤨🤨

It will lead to high ranked Killers deranking because they can't get kills and then Survivors will cry about not finding Killers in red ranks anymore.

As Plague/Legion i've never had MoM successfully used against me.
Plague only needs to M1 3 times without corrupt to kill a survivor and Legion M2s don't count.
Chainsaws and hatchets don't either.
This perk is completely avoidable if you don't play...
Trapper, Wraith, Hag, Doctor, Pig, Myers, Clown, Nurse Spirit or Freddy
So if you hate MoM play Plague, Billy, Legion, Huntress or Leatherface

High ranks were already killed from the pip updates and a lack of emblem changes.

@Skycerer Yes that's my point part of my point. We're straying even further away from other killers.

So you're fine as long as you only play 4 out of 15 Killers. 11 Killers can't avoid it, ######### them.
That is not acceptable.

@Mc_Harty Different problem though. People are still at high ranks where ever the bar is set at.

Different problem, same outcome.

@Bbbrian2013 LF and Billy can't always get away from using ONLY their chainsaws. Especially LF. Alright everyone! Let's just play Huntress and Plague!
0 -
Good thing not everyone can play nurse, then.

@Mc_Harty Not the same outcome. The pipping system has just led people into DCing where MoM is setting a M1 killer problem. Sure this can lead a killer into DCing, but it's not going to lead into a strike type of thing like how the pipping system has shown it has been.

Same outcome because of the long lobbies you're going to get from the lack of players.
Know how easy it is to survive with the right set-up with Mettle?

@Shinymon that's the problem though. If you want to play a different killer not named Plague or Huntress, you're going to be running in to MoM because survivors are expecting a killer like Nurse or spirit. Remember, it's not like all the killers got buffs, so players are still going to be inclined to play the higher tier killers. This is going to create an epidemic where players are wondering if they should not play a certain killer because of a 4man MoM, DH and adrenaline. The new META if you will.

Great! More people will play Hillbilly!
(with strong add-on and BBQ&Chili)Thank you for forcing us to play annoying killer!

@Mc_Harty Not sure how MoM correlates into longer lobbies. Because killers will leave? That would just be proving my point.
And yes. The build is going to be MoM, DH, adrenaline and whatever the hell you want as a 4th. SWF should be almost ashamed if they don't escape with this set up.

Almost 48 hours and still not a single Survivor with an idea as to how an M1 killer can adapt. @altruistic

@altruistic Terrible take. Please read more into this.

Killers are already facing long que times because of the lack of survivors at red ranks (you can blame the emblems for that). I can't remember the last time I faced a red ranked survivor, it's that bad for them. My point was high ranks were already #########.
Btw I've tested the Mettle out and Adrenaline somewhat counters it if the killer has NOED. The survivors have to be injured for it to work. Not that it helps much.

@Mc_Harty That's why I said along the lines of, "where ever the bar is set for high ranks". Which is pretty much rank 5. But yeah, The system in general is trash.
Worried about how this perk may effect the future of this game.

It's a Business for them.. So it's there to stay probably for 2 years or so
0 -
Yeah man, the red ranks are severely thin with survivors anyway due to the new pip requirements. Now if what you say happens then everyone can enjoy the purple/green ranks forever and they will both be in good company.

If there are other killers at rank 1 than nurse, then the ranking system still is not working properly
