If killers and survivor were alllowed to equip all perks at the same time, who would win?
Simple question. Imagine killers and survivors werent tied to the 4 perk limit, but instead allowed to equip every single perk available. Who would win?

Granted, one of the Survivor perks is No Mither, so...

Killers by virtue of No Mither. And like... All the exhaustion perks being made useless except for Balanced Landing.

Survivors if they're coordinated.
Because then you get the most insane No Mither sabo squad ever while also being gods at pumping out solo gens.
They better get good at looping, though, or they're pretty much SOL.

If having all Hex perks equipped doesnt spawn additional totems beyond the 5-per-map limit, I would LOVE have an uncleansable Devour Hope.

If they were forced to use all their perks, killers. As someone mentioned, survivors have No Mither. One hit and they're down. With Deerstalker, Thanatophobia, and a bunch of other stuff, they'd be massively handicapped.
If they simply had enough slots for all the perks but were allowed to pick them, then survivors would win.
