Remove offerings at the start from game and not on the "offering-Screen"

Yeah this is gae. It should be like with map offerings, if it didnt have effect you get it back. Not connecting to game should be counted in.
On the other hand i can already see toxic can'ts dcing during offering screen when they see black ward...
