Correct Information about MoM vs. Instadowns and Nurse
I've read a few times here that if Nurse hits you, while having MoM, you wont get any tokens towards it. This is false! I played against a Nurse and had MoM - despite hating this perk, I need to use it to test things - When I was at full health and got hit, I got a token towards MoM. When I was injured and got hit, it didn't gave me a token. So only if you are injured the Nurse hit bug kicks in.
As for instadowns: If you get hit with an instadown, you'll get a token on MoM. If the Killer slugs you on purpose or not and you can get back on your feet, MoM can be used if you get your 3 tokens.
In short: There is no true counter to it

It's her blink hits that are bugged, supposedly they are meant to give a token even though they aren't basic attacks but I guess their idea of basic attack is any M1.
Which by logic means that any attack out of a power will give a token like Spirit's Grudge or wraith's surprise attack. That makes it so that only killers with an M2 attack have a way around the perk, which is completely busted.
Seriously, What went trough their heads when they thought up a perk like this.....

So Pig's dash attack for example? Because I did not gain a token from it.

I'd assume so unless their picking and choosing what counts as a basic attack and what doesn't.

The difference between the blink attack and the dash attack is that the dash attack is reliant on the pigs ability. The blink attack is just a basic attack following an ability, like if the Wraith hit someone after uncloaking.

By instadowns, I'm assuming you mean exposed strikes, right?

Hopefully it is intended for these surprise attacks to not stack tokens and people are just talking out of their bums.
the perk isn’t game breaking if it is intended to have every killer be able to play around it by simply using their power

Try this with Clown, Trapper (you have no guarantee they'll walk in a trap), Freddy and Plague. They can't get around MoM with their power.

break the survivor with the vomit before you hit them, they will be in death hook before the perk activates.
red vomit does not (should not?) count either.

OK. That's true but to do so makes the chase longer if you don't have any add-ons for the effectiveness of Vile Purge.
I do not know if it effects Corrupt Purge. I haven't tested yet.
