Scarred Hand change

I've recently encountered Hag that was using Scarred Hand. The interesting thing was that I was fully able to go through untriggered traps - they didn't have collision, even though they used to. Just letting you now it got nerfed and even more unusable.

    Did untripped traps have collision? I thought just the Phantasms that were supposed to.
