I dc against legions too.
People know about it and still play legion knowing full well about the bug. They use the addons or not doesn't matter since the survivors can't know what addons they use.
Some people use those addons on purpose and laugh. I've seen a streamer do it on purpose over and over and laughing about it. With people like her , yuo expect people to trust every legion out there to be a fair player and not an ass?
I don't play as legion until it's fixed, but hey if you want to go ahead but don't complain when people dc.

@Darkskies Well I'm glad you're having good matches. I had the strangest events this morning. One game a Feng didn't DC and played the whole game through. The next game I saw her again and she DC'd soon after seeing me.
In that same second game another survivor DC'd after seeing me, leaving me alone with two Claudettes though I'm not saying that's a bad thing or anything ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

I mean the DCS don't bother me that much even if I do depip from them you mean people will literally give me a nice laugh because usually 1 or 2 stay and I kill the other one and let the last one leave unless they want to die ofc but the thing is I love when people DC on me it allows me to mess around and have a ton of fun during the remainder of the match so continue to DC please.

Because i don't like getting killed by some Depressed, Edgy group of teenagers that think they're all that simply because they killed one guy, when in actuality, it was really only one of them that did the killing

@Detective_Jonathan To be fair, my friend buddy pal detective, I don't think they're depressed, I'll agree on edgy. Frank killed the man, but had everyone else stab the man.
Also The Plague didn't (purposely) kill anyone, she may be hyper religious, but I can see her as being more survivor then killer.

@Shad03 I'll take Depressed out of the equation to avoid controversy, but i still don't like being killed by them, Legion requires no skill to play, it's just stab and run away, or sometimes even look away and chase the guy backwards. It's just so infuriating to me and i don't find it cool nor funny.
The only time i myself would ever touch that group is when i either have a daily or i just want to torture them and not kill anyone.

But they do require skill, and the stab n' run is playing as intended. We LoL Clan heavily discourage exploiting the chase system. A Lagion is a hundred times worse though, cause it's like playing online with some dude who plays with McDonald's wifi, on Mars. That is the one and only exception I'll give to dcing.

no they don't, Legion is just a simple killer where you run and stab, that's it. There is no skill to it that needs to be required at all when all you can do is just that. There is no skill to it.

@Detective_Jonathan Eh. The backstory for Legion doesn't bother me. They're nothing more than the main characters from films like Heathers and a few others from the late 80s and early 90s turned into a "slasher killer cult." Like most of the killers in DbD, they're a cliche as well by this point in time. None of the killers are particularly creative in story or avoid being a cliche of the genre.
As far as playing Legion, they might actually become my main. I like the speed, I like the play. I like the pallet and window vaulting. Compared to other killers, their speed reminds me a bit of Lucio compared to other Heroes in Overwatch. And Lucio was a main of mine with a lot of hours on him.
If survivors out there want to keep DCing against Legion, I say let them. If they end up facing enough Legions, they'll either have to accept it and play, or risk hitting the threshold and getting banned. And once dedicated servers hit and DCs are better tracked, well . . . .
Either way, I'll still get to keep on playing.
All PvP games with characters and kits have annoying ones to face that make you want to punch your monitor. Christ, I feel that way about Brigitte, Doomfist, and Mei in Overwatch. Or Lian, Dredge, and Buck in Paladins. Or an Edgemaster Sword Warrior in Realm Royale. Or a broken hitbox Wraith armed with a Wingman and Peacekeeper in Apex Legends.
You suck it up, you play the match.

Legion is a fake killer. No skill is needed to win (the chase) with them and legion mains can't seem to find why this is infuriating. Shattered Bloodline and Demise of the Faithful are great DLCs, I don't remember what they called the one between them. (I'm not the kind of person to DC against a Legion, but the main problem is still there.)

Until Legion is reworked, I'll continue to die on first hook and avoid ever running him. Have a daily right now for Legion, but won't run it. Will wait until I can reset it.
Legion is arguably the worst game mechanic in the game right now. I detest the character and tend to look down on those who main him as being cheap, shortcut players. Too many bugs and exploits and 90% just tunnel down a player like they are getting paid. Sorry, no respect for that.

@Warlock_2020 Then we are free to assume that each and every last survivor is sweaty SWF and thus are given full reign to detest them.
The bugs are not a Legion only problem, if you noticed, and a lot of the LoL clan here do not like other Legions who use exploits. And do not use statistics, I believe you are one of the people who tell killer mains to not use statistics against survivors because it's false. I would appreciate it if you do not say 90%, or rather, any percent.
I have no respect for people like you, people who are so short sighted.

There was a wraith sloppy butcher exploit. Nobody outraged about that like this. I feel like everyone is still just upset it's not "the legion they wanted", talked so much about them being trash that they got buffed/useable, and now nobody wants to deal with it
Not the mention that "tunneling" is every killers job. Easiest prey dies first.
Moonwalking exploit isnt a Legion issue, it's a chase/trigger issue.
The 5 min mend is an exploit.
Neither are originally intended for legions use.
I'd say the worst mechanic in game right now is the DC bug, or the lobbies not working, or the map issues that arent fixed, or the pip system, or the moonwalking exploit (which also applies to pig), or the insta med kits, or.....plenty of other mechanics with issues right now.

Can people stop bringing the "Skill" argument in a game like DBD where barely any killers takes skill to play and master at all? The only ones that "do" are Huntress, Spirit and Nurse.
Like we get it, Legion is badly designed, isn't "fun" to verse and stuff and it's fine that you hate said killer for it but implying most others killers take skill is kinda pushing it.

you're defenitely not winning chases if you're not at least semi-decent with any other killer. that's not the case with legion. I agree few killers take skill to master, but every killer needs to have a basic understanding of chases to win them, but then there's legion lol

@thrawn3054 Its real. Our Blade add-ons are bugged right now. They increase the mend timer moderately every time you get hit.
Instead of just moderately increasing the basic mend time.
Atm they're Legion's strongest add-on. Most of us won't use them though because it's obviously not intended.

Run the filthy blade and nasty blade add ons together I promise you won't get bullied but probably reported because they will think you're hacking when it takes 10 minutes just to mend

What i meant about skill is that all killers take the same amount of skill in a chase, regardless of the killer you always chase and play loop the same way in general.
The only "skill" that you need to improve is some powers that are hard to use, wich are very rare in this game.

@OrionsFury4789 I wonder if it's even reportable offense. It's so easy to do by mistake a lot of Legion players would be hit by that wave.
Including me since i learned about it by using the add-on soon after Plague released.
Getting banned for equipping an add-on the devs broke on accident would be sad.

Legion is probably my favorite killer so far. He is very fun to play. I used to hate going against him as a survivor, but I don't actually mind it anymore. I am a Legion main now :-D

@Bbbrian2013 Honestly this was me when I was first testing out legion addons I wanted the mend timer to actually mean something hoping increased mend time would mean survs more likely to collapse when spooked out of mend action or just at any point etc. but had no idea this was a thing until recently. No-one in the match said anything though so I had no idea it was that bad. Never used mend addons again though mostly now use increased frenzy duration/decreased cooldown addons... Also sorry if I have the tag wrong, kinda new around these parts.

I assume until I see different. One is a fool to ignore their experience. Overwhelmingly the Legions I faced were tunnelers, campers, or exploited moonwalking. Why would I not plan for that and assume that when I face Legion? The mistake would be in not recognizing the outlier when I see them. Legion is still the most boring killer though. Holding more M1 is lots of fun.
This is not much of a problem since I mostly play killer, but a broken power is a broken power.
@Shad03 I don't care what you assume about SWFs. I play killer mostly and most of my friends quit this game a while ago, so any survivor I play is solo. As I said above, you learn from your experiences. Mine tell me the majority of Legion mains deserve heat due to the way they play a broken killer.

@Warlock_2020 Do you consider getting hit 4 times in a row by frenzy in a single chase tunneling?
Because if so that's not exactly fair to say. If the Legion didn't eventually commit you'd just mend and their time would be wasted.

@Bbbrian2013 No. To me it is not tunneling until they wait for you to get off the hook and do it again immediately, then again.
