edge of screen "pulsing" for hard of hearing players

A simple red pulse in the rhythm of the killers heart beat or as a notification of a skill check for a generator would make this game completely playable for deaf players as well as give no benefit to players who choose to use it without having hearing problems.
It could still be affected by things such as Insidious or Huntresses Lullaby as well, so it would give no benefit to turning it on if you weren't hard of hearing.
