Give us some new cosmetics please!

I know that you've released 2 characters in past month which is great but I think that you should start releasing new cosmetics already. Since 2-3 weeks I believe there was no new cosmetic sadly :(. I'm waiting for the Demise of the Faithful collection! I thought you will release something today but you didn't :(

Not the same team. I don’t know how many times people have to explain this.

It's not about being DiFfErEnT tEaMs, it's about management and direction.

What kind of decisions are being made? prioritizing cosmetics over fixing game breaking bugs means allocating personnel and resources into making a pretty game, but one that crashes a couple of times daily, where you have year-old bugs and a truckload of issues.

But that still begs the question: what would the cosmetics team be doing otherwise?

I understand that there are some bugs that need to be addressed. And perhaps it's just a matter of one team doing their job more thoroughly than the other. But that shouldn't mean that, say, the cosmetics team gets their work downsized or eliminated to hire more people to work on bug and balance issues.

Imagine a car dealership. There are sales people, finance people, mechanics, etc. If one department isn't pulling their weight while another is absolutely going above and beyond, it doesn't mean one should do less work to make resources available. To compare to the BHVR situation, it would be like saying, "Hey, Mechanics. You should probably stop working on cars as much until the sales people get their crap together." It doesn't make sense from a logical standpoint. They operate in tandem but at the end of the day, they are independent of each other.

As others have said, cosmetics and DLC help the company make money. If it is a matter of allocating resources, maybe they should consider hiring some new/other people to work on bugs. But regardless, the cosmetics folks would be unaffected by any changes to a different team. So you wouldn't likely see a change there.

And to be honest, a lot of us do still enjoy the cosmetics. There are certainly in-game issues that need to be fixed. I'm not saying the cosmetics erase that fact. But I enjoy the skins as a separate entity, independent from the bugs. And a lot of people feel the same way.
