Increase Bond range
To avoid an overdose on altruism, give Bond the same range as Empathy. This would help keep multiple survivors from going for the hook rescue and giving the killer a slug fest. Empathy tier 3 has unlimited range. Nice !

Why would I run any other ally tracking perk then?

^This. The reason why Empathy has a big range is because it's conditional (survivors have to be injured). Kindred is also conditional, and thus has a bigger range than Bond. Bond with an unlimited range would just render all other similar perks useless.

Maybe make it the same range as a key, right now you are better off just ussing keys...

I'd like to see an increased range, but not Empathy level of range.

As someone who uses Bond, honestly, the only range buff I want to see is maybe like, another 12 meters. That's all it truly needs if you want to buff it. Otherwise I think it's fine how it is.

There are too many perks to buff until we reach bond.
36 meters is enough imo. I always use bond as well.

To play Devil's Advocate, why would I ever use Empathy if they had the same range? Or a perk like Aftercare where I get a longer range but have to earn it? Bond is already a pretty popular perk in its current state, buffing it drastically might be excessive. If you'd like a slightly larger range, you can always throw on Open Handed.

I use bond a lot. And I think it's on a good state right now.

@Shad03 That's about what I was thinking. If buffed make it 32/40/48 for the respective tiers.

Just run Open-Handed. Current Bond is fine.

I mean, we could put them all together into one perk to have less grinding lol

Then Dwight will have one less teachable, or Claudette will have one less teachable, or Jeff will have one less teachable. Then we would have to come up with new abilities for the other two reworked perks and not reducing the grind at all.

Are we really at the point of complaining about bond now?
...I'm going back to work.

Couldn't care less tbh, why is this set as a standard in the first place that every character has to have 3 teachables? It just makes the grind insane and we all agree that we have to many perks

@HavelmomDaS1 The best way to decrease grind would be to remove perk tiers and just give the strongest possible value that won't break the game. Then give perks different rarities (Common/Uncommon/Rare/Very Rare/Ultra Rare)

Bond is fine the way it is. My favorite survivor perk.

We dont have too many perks. The means of getting them is a problem for some. (Not for me, I have played asian MMOs my entire life, so grinding isnt a problem). And to solve that, we need to change how the bloodweb or tiers work.
It MAY be feasible for Claudette or Dwight to lose a perk because they are free, but Jeff is DLC content. You are paying for 3 perks, so you have to get 3 perks.

Or kindred basekit so they see each other.
Or use kindred for that exact effect. Less over altruism.

Does Ace's range perk stack with the Killer aura from Kindred? So 12m instead of 8m?

Lol nice joke op xD
