Rage Quitter specific matchmaking

I think we can all agree Rage DCs are one of (if not the most) annoying things in this game.
I'd love to see DbD implement a system like Street Fighter V or f13 (the Saltmines) that makes it so routine rage quitters only get matched with eachother (could reset on season resets or have a way to earn their way out).
There's already a system to track this in place for soft bans, but it honestly doesn't seem to be doing a whole lot (or anything at all on console). So why not put it to better use.
I will rub your lamp all day long for this wish.
