Revamp report system

The report system is a chore to use. My friend was recording gameplay using playstv and we came against a speed hacking huntress. She had to exit the game for the software to send the footage and then send me the upload link for me to manually type in the entire url so that the footage was linked in the report. I understand that reports can only be taken seriously with video evidence, so please can you make it as easy as possible to include it. It was useful having a player report form that you could send retrospectively with all evidence linked/attached with the relevant steam id. Please can we get a report system that we can use effectively?
