Fix Hex:Ruin Broken Implementation
From the description:
'A Hex that affects the Survivors' skills at repairing Generators.
All Survivors are affected by Ruin, which causes the following:
Good Skill Checks result in 3/4/5 % regression on the Generator.
Great Skill Checks grant 0 % bonus progression on the Generator.
The Hex effects persist as long as the related Hex Totem is standing.
"A curse is upon you. It will cause your ruin.""
Hex:Ruin is an interesting perk, because its primary effect has nothing to do with why it's one of the top killer perks.
Hex:Ruin is strong because of its completely unlisted, yet very powerful secondary effect: IT CHANGES GOOD SKILL CHECKS TO SILENT FAILURES.
Why is that important?
Because unlike Autodidact, which simply gives negative progress, the silent failure on Hex:Ruin causes ALL progress to COMPLETELY halt for 3 seconds IN ADDITION to the regression. Which means it causes groups of survivors to have more problems completing a single generator. This effect is COMPLETELY unmentioned on the Hex:Ruin description.
So please make Hex:Ruin Good skill checks ONLY cause negative progression on a generator, and NOT halt generator progress for 3 seconds, for all survivors, and see what happens.
If you have to add more % to the regression, fine, do that.
If you want to make a completely different perk that causes good checks to become silent failures that halt ALL progression, do that.
At the VERY least, mention the COMPLETE effects in the skill description.

It's implied in the whole "3/4/5% regression" thing lol
