Please fix Bloodweb Perk offering
Whenever I want to skip certain perk (namely Spies from the Shadows) - game offers me that damned perk over and over for next levels. I've leveled Trapper from 21 to 24 level, at level 21 it was only 1 perk to take - Spies, I didnt take it intentionally, and I kept getting that same perk in Bloodweb for 3 levels straight without second perk to choose! And that was same for another Killer I was leveling, at some point its only 1 perk to choose, no matter at which level, and its hecking Spies! ######### is that?
Also: Getting 1 Perk for upgrade and 1 Perk new, until you have all Perks, could be good too.

From level 20 you have a chance for 2nd perk. After lvl 30 it should be 100% to get the 2nd one
And if you got it 3 level straight just pick it up? It will just dissapear after the 3rd time.

You dont say.
I had same with Predator T1 perk recently, it kept appearing as second perk to take for 4 levels straight.
I'm pointing out that if you didnt take perk from bloodweb it should not appear again and again in just next levels without any alternative.
When I have a lot of perks unlocked, and a lot of them trash and I dont want to spend my bloodpoints for useless perks, but game forces me to.

Like if that is the only perk to take why not take it?
0 -
Cause its trash? And eventually I will have it to level to T2/T3, losing levels just to level useless perk. I'd rather skip 1 level instead of wasting 3, especially at 50th lvl bloodwebs.

Just dont take one useless addon...
0 -
That's not the issue, the issue is you don't get a choice sometimes and have to take it or another useless perk.
0 -
But its either
1. Dont take a useless perk and risk getting it in more bloodwebs
Or
2. Use your 3 bloodwebs to get rid of it for forever
2 -
You dont understand an issue, while are you still bothering to answer here?
- Perks that are useless on one Killer are pretty good at another. Like Unnerving for example: great on Doctor with Distressing, total trash on Mayers. So I want that perk on Doctor, but I want to skip it as long as possible on Mayers.
- 3 bloodwebs are around 55k points each, which at very least 2 games (if noone disconnects), with current DC epidemic it can take up to 4 games. Take in account average game of 12 minutes (add here lobby waiting time), its from halfhour to hour per 1 tier. Up to 3 hours of play to get rid of 1 useless perk. If you have life and play like couple of hours after work, it can take week to just get past trash perks you never will use on current Killer.
Did I make this more clear now for you?

@Frozenscum So what do you propose then ?
(also ouch using the no life technique - low blow :c)
OH ALSO "at some point its only 1 perk to choose, no matter at which level, and its hecking Spies! ######### is that?" That means you should have ALL of the other perks.

There is no issue, you are the one who is claiming there is and we are just telling you how to bypass a mechanic that is created by RNG.
1 -
No, Spies wasnt only perk left to take.
And, no, 4 levels straight same perk is not RNG.
Its just shows some build-in mechanics that keeps offer you same perk assuming you missed it accidently. So it's leaving no room for skipping perk on purpose. That's what should be addressed. It will help to lessen grind on characters.

i just have to ask are you saying that if a blood web shows up with 2 "useless" perks in it you don't take either?
if that is what you are saying then YOU are the reason you cant have nice things
because if you think not buying a perk at all will somehow get you to the perks you want faster then you are gonna waste an insane amount of BP

If you can't read initial post, I can't help you

This content has been removed.

i did read the initial post you played yourself by not taking the only perk in that web and then got upset when it showed up again, you had the opportunity to remove 1 rank of that perk from ever showing up again but you chose to buy no perk instead
so maybe you should stop crying about sabotaging yourself

If you not smart enough to do simple math - stop writing in threads you dont understand issue at.
0 -
mmhmm maybe you should recheck your simple math , buy perk 3 times to never see perk again > than not buy perk at all , and keep seeing same perk in web
0 -
@Frozenscum Did you include a perk's rarity in your math?

The RNG on perks in the bloodweb IS screwed up and has been for a little while (I think it started around the Legion update? Or maybe the Mid-Chapter just after the Legion?). It used to be fine, but yeah, lately more and more if you see a perk on the bloodweb you will have to get all 3 levels eventually or it will just keep showing up and block your chances of perks you do want (I notice it really seems to kick in when you start seeing the second level of perk) Which is great if you see, say, BBQ and Chili 2, you can rest assured that #3 is coming up soon. Not so great when it's something like No Mither (for Survivors).
That said, if a perk you don't like is the ONLY perk on your bloodweb because you're not at a level where you get a choice of 2? Take the damn perk, you're not getting anything by skipping it.

I said that RNG on perks are bad nowdays, bloodweb keeps offering same perks several levels straight, it can be when you have only 1 perk to choose or when 2. When its 2 perks, its pretty bearable, I can level existing perks. ( As I wrote above, I had T1 Predator as second perk for 4 levels straight)
But when its 1 perk - its pretty bad. Pretty simple: if I take that one perk, I will have that perk occasionally in my bloodweb to level it up, so I'm literally will waste 3 bloodwebs to level that particular perk. When its only 1 perk - its maybe ok. But there are plenty of useless perks which I'd like to level as late as possible. When you can't skip perk for a while, it means that you have a lot of T1 perks, which bloodweb will offer to level and you have much lesser chances to level up useful perks.
Again, if you have plenty of time to play, and you dont care, or you just level all those perks - just pass by, this issue is not issue for you.

@Frozenscum Predator t1 is a yellow perk, because of this it have a higher chance of showing up than a green or purple ones.
0 -
@LastShoe Yep, and its so high apparently, that it shows up 4 level straight, ignoring chances of all other yellow perks.
0 -
Yea, if there is one more yellow or 2 more yellow perks, which is likely, the chances for it aren't so small... we are talking about 1/8 and 1/27.
