Mori option without an offering

After a survivor is hooked 2 times in a match; as an optional, albeit less points giving, finishing touch, the killer can choose to mori that survivor. No offering is required because of the 2-hook requirement, and the less-point disadvantage.

I already liked the idea of the Cypress Memento Mori, but with it being an offering, it often feels like a gamble whether or not I’ll get to even use it. I mean yes, it’s not meant to be an “every game” sort of thing; I still like the idea though.1
