Feral Frenzy Suggestion

So, in the recent upcoming Legion changes, their Feral Frenzy was changed considerably. One of these changes is the punishment for missing an attack. Before, The Legion could swing as many times as they wanted, not suffering any repercussions. This removed any skill cap for The Legion's power. Now, you get one strike and you're out. While this certainly helps balance things, I feel like it may be too harsh? I mean, it is called a frenzy after all.

My idea was to simply make it 3 hits or duration ends for the cool down. I think this is fair because every one misses every once in a while, good players can still outpost The Legion. Also, the cool down has been increased with a longer regeneration time.

Another option is to give add-ons that increase the number of swings you get. We could use the rulers or pins because currently they're not very useful at all.

Maybe it's a bad idea, I'm not too sure. But, these are just my opinions.
