Deep Wound is the most survivor sided system, I've ever seen
Listen, I'm all in for anti camping perks.
But what you've done with BT is going to kill off the whole killer community.
I'm not really playing anymore, just like 1-2 matches per day, and I'm dcing most of the matches at the end of the matches (no matter the outcome) to not rank up, because I don't enjoy playing killer in low ranks.
I don't wanna be a toy, ok BHVR?
Borrowed time was always a extremely strong perk (which I personally use), but now it doesn't even require skill to escape a hit after getting borrowed time, which makes hooking more safe, than a T wall.
It just unnecessary punishes killers for staying near the hooks and makes hook saves extremely easy to perform.
I really miss the old (really old) borrwed time effect which was atleast balanced.
How about we make a borrowed time (now deep wound) effect which always goes down, no matter what?
I'm not a friend of tunneling, but forcing killers to play a certain style is a bad habit survivor mains tend to force upon killers.
Everyone should play how they want to, if they want to camp, let them camp, if they want to tunnel, let them tunnel. They waste their time with it and in a lot of cases, camping is the best thing a killer can do.
Give them a penalty for camping and tunneling, thats alright, but dont make survivors immortal to these 2 strategies.
ALSO PLEASE, dont make survivors immortal while unhooking, just hurt the unhooker instead.
Borrowed time should rob time, but shouldn't make invincible for one hit, if you ask me.
Same as deep wound.
Take care of gen rushing finally, instead of buffing survivors and robbing killers their control over survivors.
The new legion changes are a nerf, the borrowed time changes, a buff.
Please stop letting survivors control the game.
The game originally was a horror game... That's why I began playing.
Now it's just a bully simulator. That's why I stopped playing.
(I'm wasting my time creating these threads or trying to put some sense into the devs... I know that)

The devs have been going in the direction of making hook saves 100% safe and easy to perform since patch 2.2.0 with the addition of unhook invulnerability to combat hook farming. They could have easily added something to punish the farmer (because they're the ones doing the unhooking), but decided to only punish the Killer. Why? Because they're afraid to lose Survivors, who are the players that make them the most money. The new buffs to Deep Wound are only making this more obvious. The DW changes should either not make it into the live build or BT should receive a separate effect that acts the same way DW does today.
The Emblem and ranking changes from the last patch started this "the devs want to force us to play a certain way" and you are right in saying that the DW changes are adding to that. No dev company should try to force their players to play a certain way. They can encourage a certain playstyle (like saying "We like to play this way, but if you don't, then that's ok. We're not going to force you to switch playstyles. Play how you want"), but not force it upon the playerbase. If I want to mercilessly kill all of the Survivors and end the game ASAP, then I should be able to. I shouldn't depip or black pip because I played too efficiently.

Just down the unhooker, leave it on the floor and go hunt the unhooked survivor immediately. You can also use "crouching Pig hidden Wraith" to negate that pesky survivor's perk altogether.
And finally: Never play Legion again after the patch. Sorry they broke them. Use up all their add-ons and offerings you have lying around and say your good byes :,-(
