No More Hatch Standoff problems?

I haven't really played in the last couple of months, and was just in a game as survivor. I was trying for the "Crawl out the Hatch" achievement so waited for the Killer to come back. Waited until he hit me, because previously, you can crawl out after a hit, but, this time, I was knocked 3 feet from the hatch and couldnt get out before he grabbed me! is this a new thing? a fix? I have done TONS of standoffs, and never seen this!

Probably bugged on you.

If the killers hit your face you make an incredible backflip throwing you back a meter or two. But thats nothing new and there are still hatch standoffs.
