banning players for useing Filty and nasty addons for legion...
Okay instead of banning players for deciding to use these addons... how about YOU FIX YOUR ######### GAME INSTEAD.
Such Incompetent devs.
Not every player reads your patch notes. Fix your game. If the addons are bugged Disable them and wait until you have a fix.

just want you to know, that not everyone can speak english, so sometimes it`s impossible for them to read patchnotes until they are translated.
and yeah. if they don`t want ppl to use that addons combination - disable them like lighting changing offerings. otherwise it`s ridiculous

So youre not able to use a translator or ask another person to translate it for you? Your fault.

Most browsers have a translate feature, that pops up when you go to a page not written in your native language.
I use it all the time when I visit Japanese sites for example.

@Aven_Fallen ok then... not everyone is ON THE FORUMS. No they shouldn't be expected to, the game itself straight up doesn't say anything about any of this. Until it does the average person would have no idea about the perk combo being bannable.
Ignorance of the law IS an excuse in the event of substandard distribution of a law change. Same deal here, someone who wouldn't be on the forums would have no way to know about this and there IS logical reason for such a person to pick up the addon combo at this moment in particular.

You can use a single add on without the bug happening. It only happens when you stack them both. Why would they disable a useful add on, when it's only bugged in a certain situation? If you don't read the giant WARNING when you open up the game, that's your fault. If someone DID try to sue BHVR over getting banned @Trikset then BHVR could simply show the courts the proof that there was a warning as soon as the game was opened to say "don't do this." If one proceeds to do it after being given this warning, then they have no grounds to sue. Also bans are temporary, not permanent, so most likely they'll just be banned for a week or so anyway.

Except there IS a message about it in game. And it forced a pop up the first time you open the game after it was implemented. It even specifies the two add ons to not use together.

We get an in-game message. You not reading it is your fault. Use a translator, ignorance is not an excuse.

So then...if ignorance is not an excuse, then why are you ignorant to not notice this was posted a day later in game after it was posted on forums?
Should'nt a competent dev team put the information in the game immediately?, let us also not forget the other bannable exploits that were a few days behind or not mentioned in game at all, and while we are on the subject why is the window blocker bug abuse not being banned for?

@AlexAnarchy I got my message yesterday and this was posted at 7:24 a.m my time(about 14 hours ago). So how am I wrong? I have no idea what the thread is that you’re talking about besides this one. People being unaware of something being bugged is not an excuse plus you have to do very certain things to trigger it so you’re likely doing it on purpose.

This is actually wrong. You won’t be banned after two matches and it isn’t permanent ban. You also have to do certain things to trigger the bug and the new player agreed to the TOS and has all right to lose their license to the game.

Its your own fault for being banned if you used these 2 add-ons, first thing you see when logged in the game is the news tab opening on its own showing the latest content added, dev notes etc. At the very top it shows a dev note of if people are using the mend exploit or 2 killer exploit they can potentially be banned, don't blame the devs for being ignorant.
