Slash mark indicators for hooked survivors.
I feel it would be a good idea if the player icons in the bottom-left corner received an indicator as to how many times a player has been hooked in a match to help keep track. Such as a slash mark through the icon that both Killers and Survivors could see.
Like this for example:
I'd like to hear other's thoughts on this idea and the possible downsides of it. Such as: Would it lead to more tunneling if the Killer knows who is on death hook?
PS: It would also be great if the icon would flash occasionally while the survivor is being chased.

@Harkonnen I support this. This is a good idea.

i dont really think this would lead to more tunneling , that being said still probably wouldn't like this
i track hooks in most games i play whether i'm survivor or killer and the times i mess up i enjoy the surprise i get of "oh snap that dude is dead"
and lastly we have a very small info area for the status of survivors and objectives so i would prefer as little clutter as possible on it

If the killer is already playing efficiently and taking out the weak link first (what you call "tunneling"), this isn't going to change anything.

Nah. If everyone knows who's on their death hook then you'll never get survivors caught by blood warden because they stayed in the game to potentially rescue a comrade. Or survivors getting too close to the killer to be in position for a rescue (and abandoning a gen in the process) only to realize someone's dead. Or a killer who wants to leave a survivor up as bait only to realize the survivor they've chosen is dead on the hook.
And yeah, I think it'll increase tunneling, if you see two survivors and you know one is dead on the hook and one isn't, for sure, some people are going to go for the easy kill to make the rest of the match tilted in the killer's favor. Yes, people can do that now, but they have to keep that information in their head, some who would do that will not be able to in every match, so on the whole, it's going to increase.
But mostly, to me, keeping track of who's been hooked and how many times is part of the fun.
