Doctor minor fixes
Pretty sure that this topic isnt new, but still.
Playing a lot recently as Doctor I've mentioned that his anti-loop feature from Shock therapy is non-existent. While Shock has its charge time, it has delay on hitting AoE for no reason at all. Speed of electricity travel is 50% of light speed at very least cases, but Doc's electricity has 1 second travel for 9 meters - its nonsense. More than that - Surv still able to vault/drop pallet for a slight amount of time after Shock has hit him. That's one side of problem with Shock.
Another side of problem is slowing during Shock charge time. Not only Doc runs at 110% speed in Treatment, but slow down during Shock makes it even more bad choice during chases. While beeing looped if Doc tries to shock Surv to prevent pallet drop or vault - slow from Shock and delay of hit gives Surv enough time or distance to go for one more loop or vault/drop pallet. Only time Doc can use his shock is when Surv is cornered or already lost momentum due to mistake or lost mindgame.
Here is perfect example of how flawed Shock is - https://youtu.be/tI7XcktAR7E?t=203 (from 3:23) Doc released his Shock while Dwight was MIDWAY to window, Shock hit him already NEXT to window BEFORE vault, and Dwight was able to vault anyway.
One of two of those things should be fixed, I'm aware that if Doc will have 110% speed while charging and instant thaze - that will be too strong. But either remove slowdown during charge or make Shock instant after releasing.
