Deliverancing immediately after getting hooked counts as Tunneling
Was this intentional?
if someone uses deliverance in my Face .02 seconds after getting hooked, I’m gonna go for them, but it counts as tunneling in terms of DS :(

Of course! That's what DS is for, if you get downed within a minute of the unhook. Doesn't matter how.

Well... I dont really have a problem with that tbh. It punishes campers and if you really dont want to eat that DS you can just leave that guy on the ground...

You need to understand that DS doesn't look for a "tunneling" scenario to proc from. It is just looking for you to get off the hook. Does not matter if you get pulled by a teammate or kobe.

DS is 60 sec immunity after being unhooked, has nothing to do with tunneling.

This happened to me once.
So I started the Timer on my phone and just stood over him revving my saw.
Funtimes.

Since tunneling isn't a mechanic there is no way to directly check for it. DS instead checks for something commonly associated with tunneling. Specifically repeated downs off the hook. Not every situation where this happens is an example of tunneling. But since not tunneling does reduce the odds of the perk triggering it still works at being an anti-tunnel perk.

That's hilarious and I've accidentally kobe'd both with and without deliverance right next to a Bubba that was camping.
It didn't end well either time but it was still funny for both of us because both times it took him a second to realize no one ninja rescued me under his nose.
