Title, wonder what happened.

1st: When Freddy hit the obsession, will other awake survivor hear the lullaby around the obs?

2nd: If Freddy hit a the obession, will he see the obs asleep from everywhere since he he's now with a 0m terror radius? (the obs and of course any near survivors also asleep)

    1: It works for Doctor's static effect, so it should presumably work for Freddy's lullaby.

    2:Yes, you can see everyone who isn't in the obession's terror radius.

    The lullaby is separate from the Tr. Just like m&a, you can change heartbeat range but the song remains the same radius.
